Pumpkin Coffee Cake With Streusel
The first step to making this cake is to line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
Pumpkin coffee cake with streusel. Super soft, perfectly spiced pumpkin cake topped with a sweet brown sugar streusel, and then topped with a simple vanilla glaze. Spread remaining cake batter over streusel. Overbeating will make it dry.
Sprinkle with remaining streusel topping. Coffee cake should be moist, fluffy, and a little crumbly. This recipe was adapted from a paula deen recipe.

If you can't find a spice cake mix at your grocery store, you can substitute with any other flavor cake mix that sounds good. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time;
